Tapered Polyiso Roof Insulation
Draining water quickly and efficiently can reduce the adverse effects that standing water can have on roofs. Atlas designed the Gemini™ family of products to reduce or eliminate the amount of standing water when the roof deck does not provide adequate slope or drainage. Gemini products are also engineered to reduce labor and time spent fabricating in the field, from pre-cut crickets to pre-cut drain sumps and more.
Gemini DST Drain Set
Gemini™ DST Drain Set was the industry’s first one-piece pre-cut drain sump. The Gemini Drain Set is the only 4’ x 4’ drain sump that requires no assembly by the contractor. The Gemini Drain Set reduces labour time in the field, is dimensionally stable, and provides a 4-way slope to the roof drain.
Available with ACFoam®-II, ACFoam®-III and Facer Technology in a one-piece Pre-Fabricated Tapered Panel: 4’x4’. Center Thickness: 0.5” (12.7mm) Minimum, Perimeter thickness: 1.5” (38.1mm) Maximum, Slope: 0.5” per ft (4.0%).
Gemini TES Tapered Edge Strip
Gemini™ TES Tapered Edge Strip achieves timely water evacuation, extending the life of the roof membrane. Each strip is made with a closed cell polyiso foam core integrally laminated to reinforced, dimensionally stable facers and available in a standard thickness to help you achieve positive drainage.
Available with ACFoam®-II, *ACFoam®-III and Facer Technology in 2.0”x24”x96” panels. Typically used for:

- Root Perimeter Slope Enhancement
Tapered ACFoam-II GRF Roof Insulation
Tapered ACFoam®-II features non-asphaltic, fiber-reinforced organic felt facers. These organic facers are integrally bonded to a closed-cell polyiso foam core available in a variety of slopes and thicknesses to achieve positive drainage as well as long-term thermal resistance (LTTR).
Available in 4ft x 4ft panels with 1/8” (3mm), 1/4” (6mm) and 1/2” (12mm) per foot slope and manufactured in accordance with CAN/ULC-S704 Type 2, Class 3 or Type 3, Class 3 and ASTM C1289, Type II, Class 1, Grade 2 (20 psi) or Grade 3 (25 psi).
Tapered ACFoam-III CGF Roof Insulation
Tapered ACFoam®-III features inorganic coated glass facers, which have a significantly more efficient use of solvent-based adhesives than organic faced insulations. Tapered ACFoam-III is offered in a variety of slopes, to achieve positive drainage as well as long-term thermal resistance (LTTR).
Available in 4ft x 4ft panels with 1/8” (3mm), 1/4” (6mm) and 1/2” (12mm) per foot slope and manufactured in accordance with CAN/ULC-S704 Type 2, Class 3 or Type 3, Class 3 and ASTM C1289, Type II, Class 2, Grade 2 (20 psi) or Grade 3 (25 psi).
