Atlas ACFoam nailable products offer OSB or CDX plywood adhered to the top face, combining all the benefits of a nailable roof substrate with thermally efficient polyiso insulation. From the nail base itself to specially engineered fasteners, ACFoam Nailable products are designed to work together for an efficient and fully functional nailable roof system.
ACFoam Nail Base Nailable Roof Insulation
ACFoam® Nail Base is composed of a thermally efficient closed-cell polyiso insulation board bonded to OSB or CDX plywood on the top face. It combines the benefits of a nailable roof substrate with thermally efficiently polyiso insulation in an easy one-step installation. ACFoam Nail Base is approved for use as a non-structural panel in new and re-roofing applications.
Available in a variety of composite thicknesses, providing long-term thermal resistance (LTTR) values from 6.3 to 24.2. Made to order in 4ft x 8ft panels with a nominal thickness of 1.5” to 4.5” and manufactured in accordance with ASTM C1289, Type V.
ACFoam CrossVent Nailable Cross Ventilated Roof Insulation
ACFoam® CrossVent® combines the performance of a cross-ventilating air space, nailable roof substrate and thermally efficient polyiso insulation. It is comprised of ACFoam polyiso insulation board and OSB or CDX plywood, separated with and bonded to 5 individual Expanded Polystyrene vent spacer strips for superior ventilation, insulation and ease of installation.
Available in a variety of composite thicknesses, providing long-term thermal resistance (LTTR) values from 5.7 to 23.6. Made to order in 4ft x 8ft panels with a nominal thickness of 2.5” to 6.5”. Manufactured in accordance with ASTM C1289, Type V.
Atlas Nail Base Fastener Nailable Insulation Fastener
Atlas Nail Base Fasteners are specially engineered for attaching Atlas ACFoam CrossVent and ACFoam Nail Base Roof Insulation to an approved substrate. Featuring a large, pancake style head with a 6-lobe drive, Atlas Nail Base Fasteners drive quickly and smoothly and secure panels without the need of a washer.
Atlas Nail Base Fasteners are available in three styles for use in wood, corrugated steel and steel members without pre-drilling.

Techni-Flo® EV (Vented Eave Fascia)
Techni-Flo EV features a unique design that facilitates airflow from the eave to the ridge, limiting heat build-up, helping to evacuate moisture, thereby ensuring a longer roof system life. Pre-slotted fastening holes on the roof flange and cover allow for thermal movement, as well as ensure proper fastening location.
Techni-Flo® RV (Engineereed Ridge Vent)
Techni-Flo RV accommodates both standing seam and shingled roof applications, and is engineered to individual job requirements. Featuring a snap on cover for ease of installation, this all-metal ridge vent can withstand heavy snow-loads, and will not compress under stress. It also features slotted fastening holes for proper thermal movement and correct fastener placement.
